My book choice for this week is The Three Snow Bears by Jan Brett. It's a retelling of Goldilocks and the Three Bears," But instead of being in a forest it's in the snow, the bears are s
now bears, and Goldilocks is a young Inuit girl who is looking for her sled dogs when she comes across the snow bears home. The book is a fun picture book with a delightful story. It's a book I think kids would enjoy this time of year. Jan Brett also has many other books and a few Christmas once too. Check out her web site, it has all her books and even some fun Christmas activities you can do with the kids. http://www.janbrett.com/ This is a great site for teachers or parents!! Enjoy!
